Having been living long in the modern society in our normal ways, we all seem to be playing certain roles that are expected of us. There seem to be certain ways to behave, to live our lives, and certain life paths to follow which are deemed “correct”. If we are not doing things in the sane way as others, we can feel lonely, we feel we do not fit in, and feel rejected. The pressure from our family, from our peers, and even strangers feed us hurt, and sometimes it’s difficult to express all these emotions to even the closest ones around us.
Have you ever thought, “who who am I before I was born? what do I come to seek for when I was first born into this human body? Do I come here to do what I am doing now, playing the roles as expected by everyone else? When I feel hurt, can I come back to the nature and use the pure energy reside in her and that was naturally given to myself? How can I connect to the world like when I was born as a pure and innocent baby?
When I get tired, I go back to the nature, to listen to her, and express myself to her…
I express myself to the mother nature by connect to her with my body, emotions, and spirits…
I positioned myself like a cobblestone to get connected with the earth,
allow all my pains to be taken and absorbed by the nature.
I imitated her beauty through dancing…
Eventually, I felt the healing power flowing through me, within me, and all around me.
